Job Description

As an associate in marketing, you will help grow and maintain Helicap’s brand while engaging key audiences. You will gain hands-on experience in PR, content creation, media engagement, and campaign execution, working in a collaborative environment that values learning and growth. The role offers exposure to different divisions, broadening your understanding of the business, the opportunity to develop new skills, and the potential to grow into future leadership roles.

  • Support Marketing & PR Initiatives: Assist in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
  • Media Relations: Help maintain media contacts, draft press releases, prepare briefing notes, and respond to press inquiries.
  • Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of company events, such as investor sessions, conferences, and community engagements.
  • Content Creation: Research and develop engaging content for PR and digital channels that highlights Helicap’s work and strengthens the brand.
  • Campaign Monitoring: Track marketing and PR campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.

Skill Sets and Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Finance, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, public relations, corporate communications, or sales communications.
  • Prior experience in financial, technology services or a related sector is a plus.

Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and well-structured content.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with media landscapes and social media platforms.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
